For businesses
Commercial pest control
Discreet, compliant pest and bird control for commercial and industrial sites across Hampshire. We survey for free, put the plan in writing and keep the site in check with planned visits.
We provide commercial pest control across Hampshire for depots, waste sites, marinas, farms, offices, shops and warehouses. We deal with rats, mice, wasps, pigeons and gulls. Every job starts with a free site survey. You get a written plan and a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) before the first visit, and a report after each one.

Sectors
Choose your type of site
Bus depots
Rats and mice in stores, mess rooms and drains, and pigeons roosting in wash bays and running sheds. We survey, proof, treat and keep the site clear on planned visits.
Airports and airfields
Gulls and pigeons around hangars, terminals and open ground. Discreet bird control from a falconer who has worked on airport sites.
Marinas
Gulls and pigeons foul pontoons, boat covers and decks, and rats move along the waterfront. We proof, deter and treat, with visits planned around berth holders.
Rooftops and solar
Pigeons nest under solar panels and gulls nest on flat roofs. We proof panels and roofs, fit spikes and netting, and time the work before the nesting season.
Offices and shops
Mice in ceilings and kitchens, rats around bin stores, wasps at entrances and pigeons over shopfronts. We proof the gaps, treat discreetly and report in writing.
Warehouses
Rats and mice in racking and stock, pigeons in the roof steel and wasps in the eaves. We proof, treat and plan visits around your shifts and deliveries.
Contracts
Planned visits
A planned contract stops pests building up again between call-outs. We agree the visit frequency with you, based on the site, the pests and the time of year. Each visit checks monitoring points, proofing and any bird measures, and ends with a written report you can show an auditor. Each contract is quoted after a free survey.
How a job runs
-
Step 1
Survey
We look at the problem on site, inside and out, and find where the pests get in.
You get A plain read of the problem. The site visit is free.
-
Step 2
Plan and price
The method and the visits, and for businesses a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS).
You get A written price before any work starts.
-
Step 3
Treatment or installation
Bait and proofing, nest treatment, spikes, netting or a flown hawk, whichever the site needs.
You get The work done by Steven himself.
-
Step 4
Check
We come back and check it has worked.
You get A short note of what we found.
-
Step 5
Prevention
The fix that stops it coming back: proofing, housekeeping and, for businesses, planned visits.
You get Advice in writing, and a visit plan if you want one.
Risk assessment and method statement
Paperwork before the first visit
Every commercial site gets a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) before the first visit. It is written for your site, not copied from a template.

- The method
- Proofing, bait placements, netting, nest treatment, and a trained hawk only where one is used
- People
- Staff and public briefing, exclusion areas while we work, induction requirements
- Timing
- Visit times agreed around your operations

- Nesting season limits, licences where they apply, and bird welfare
